We are very complex beings and the education we usually receive neglects many aspects of our multifaceted nature.Emotions, intuition, sensuality and eroticism, to name a few, are all topics that not many of us have had the privilege to be taught much about. Much less do we receive any guidance towards discovering what femininity is in its essence.For us to truly come to manifest our full potential, we must first understand it. Then, with the help of practical methods, we make it a part of us that we naturally express in our everyday life.

Knowing this, in this program, we combine notions about the awakening of femininity, about the real knowledge of spiritual principles.We aim to put them into practice, through the effective manifestation of certain attitudes corresponding to this information, attitudes that will be consciously cultivated and practiced during transfigurative, sensual and feminine dance.All of this have a fabulous impact on our souls as women and liberate, beautify and enrich our being.That's why we put together dance notions, modern floorwork movements, heel dance, flexibility and body toning exercises, along with revealing and practical notions related to femininity, exploring the eternal feminine.

Lalita Dochinoiu

Practitioner of yoga and tantra for over 30 years, Lalita has always been passionate about the personal growth of the human being and the transformative power that understanding has on our consciousness.

Early on she knew and personally experienced what it means to “be in good hands".Having the immense luck to meet authentic masters, established artists, spiritual beings, gradually, she discovered the esoteric, occult aspects behind the magical and impactful dance, was initiated into the spiritual principles reflected in the dance movements, into sacred dance and often had the opportunity to offer these wonderful gifts on various stages around the world, on three continents - Asia, South America and Europe.For over 25 years, Lalita has guided hundreds of women to awaken and discover the radiant inner potential of their femininity through the mysterious art and science of initiatory dance.Her passion has been and remains to help women transform, to discover their unique wonders through the fusion of initiatory knowledge and sensual, feminine, conscious movements full of beneficial magic.

Initiation is a way to attain certain experiences, understandings or insight that the human consciousness normally can't attain without a certain set of authentic information.An initiation is meant to lead us beyond the fog of ordinary thought patterns.It pierces, through the revelations and concrete techniques that are offered, a certain human level of manifestation. It introduces a new dimension of life initially unknown to us, but which - we later discover - has always latently existed within us.

We already know that "we are made in the image and likeness of...", that "what is above is also below..." etc.A spiritual initiation comes to awaken divine, spiritual, uplifting aspects in us, which will open our hearts to a new perspective of living everyday life.And in the case of women, such an initiation is meant to reveal in her being extraordinary aspects which, when she experiences them, she feels she has always had within her.Initiation marks the moment when, from then on, she can manifest, live and enjoy life through a new, initiatory, higher perspective, where certain mysteries are now known and even familiar to her.All of these extraordinary aspects are already within us as women.
